1. Cut the apples into small slices, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse the cherry, remove the bones. If desired, cherries can be poured with sugar.
2. Take the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks and place in separate clean and always dry bowls. First, beat the whites with half the sugar until resistant peaks. Add sugar mixed with vanilla sugar to yolks and whisk until the mass is light and increase in volume. Then add sifted flour to the yolks for 3-4 times and stir with a spoon or spatula. Now send the whipped whites into the dough and mix the mass. It should make a beautiful uniform dough.
3. Make a baking sheet (diameter 26 cm) with parchment. Put apple slices and cherries in an even layer on the bottom. Pour dough from above. Send in the oven, preheated to 170 ° C, for 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer or a match. Just stick a match in the middle of the pie. If the match remains dry, then the cake is ready.
4. Cool the finished cake slightly. Then with a dessert knife, walk around the edge of the mold so that the cake can be easily removed.
