Very juicy zrazy

. Those you never dreamed of …


For minced meat:
Stuffing – 700 g;
Large potatoes – 1 pc .;
Egg – 1 pc .;
Vegetable oil;
Flour for breading.
For filling:
Eggs – 3 pcs .;
Milk – 1/4 cup;
or for the mushroom filling: mushrooms – 500g, onions -2pcs.
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 3 tbsp. spoons;
Garlic – 2 tooth .;
Cheese – 100 g

1. Peel and grate potatoes, squeeze the liquid. Add potatoes and egg to mince, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
2. Beat eggs with milk, add greens and fry an omelet.
3. Omelette cut into strips and roll each of them into a roll.
4. Make the mince pellets, put an omelet inside and make zrazy. Or put in the fried mushrooms with onions.
5. Fry zrazy on both sides in vegetable oil, then put on a baking sheet.
6. Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater, mix with sour cream and bake to a nice golden brown crust.
