Potatoes – 10 pcs.
Ham – 200 g
Hard cheese – 200 g

Cooking:

2. Cut the ham into small strips, mix in a bowl with grated cheese and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper.
3. Using a spoon, remove some of the potatoes from the halves, fill them with the resulting mixture. Put on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Tomatoes with cheese and greens
Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
Curd cheese – 200 g
Greens (dill, parsley) – 1 bunch
Cooking:
1. My tomatoes, cut off their tops, take out a spoon with a seed.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the herbs and curd cheese.
3. Fill the tomatoes with cheese and close the top, like a lid.
Stuffed pepper
Ingredients:
Sweet pepper – 5 pcs.
Minced meat – 300 g
Hard cheese – 150 g
Greens to taste
Salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking:
1. Fry minced meat in a heated frying pan until half cooked. Salt, pepper, add herbs to taste.
2. Cut the sweet pepper in half, clean from seeds.
3. Fill the halves of the peppers with fried minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Fried eggs in a bun
Ingredients:
Buns – 4 pcs.
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
Bacon – 100 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Greens to taste
Salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking:
1. Cut off the top of the bun, pull out the crumbs.
2. Put a piece of bacon on the bottom of the bun, break the egg. Salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Bake 10 minutes in the oven.
