The recipe is thin Italian pizza

Ingredients:

For thin dough:
– 100 gr. warm water;
– 0.5 tsp. dry yeast;
– 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt;
– 2 glasses of sifted flour;
– 1 egg;
– 2 tbsp. l olive oil.

For filling:
– Tomato sauce (100 gr. Tomatoes, olive oil, dry basil, oregano, salt, sugar);
– 100 gr. tomatoes;
– 100 gr. ham;
– 120 gr. cheese;
– 50 gr. Bulgarian pepper;
– 100 gr. fresh champignons.

Cooking:

1. Knead the dough: dissolve sugar, dry yeast and salt in warm water.
2. Pour in half the flour, stir and add the egg, stir the mass well again.
3. Add the rest of the flour, olive oil and knead the dough.
4. Divide the dough in half: from each half you can cook a pizza with a diameter of 35-40 cm.
5. Roll out the dough in the form of a round thin pancake, adding flour as needed.
6. Prepare tomato sauce: Scald with 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin, chop them in a blender, add a pinch of dry basil and oregano, olive oil, sugar and salt. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
7. Spread the entire area of ​​dough with tomato sauce.
8. Put the sliced ​​mushrooms, ham, sweet peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
9. Put the pizza for 15-20 minutes in the oven preheated to 220 degrees. Important: do not overdo it in the oven, otherwise the dough will not turn out soft!
