Buckwheat – 150 gr.
Minced meat – 250-300 gr.
Onion – 1 pc.
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
Garlic – 2 cloves.
Carrots – 1 pc (small).
Vegetable oil – 2-3 st.l.
For 3 servings.
Cooking buckwheat in a merchant (with minced meat):
1. Wash the buckwheat, dry it in a frying pan, greased with oil.
2. Fry the finely chopped onion, minced meat and grated carrots on a coarse grater until golden brown.
Add tomato paste, mix thoroughly.
3. To put buckwheat to meat and vegetables, pour boiling water over so that the buckwheat is slightly covered with water. Salt Simmer on a low heat under the lid. Add finely chopped garlic to the finished buckwheat in a merchant's style, mix. You can add black pepper and bay leaf.
