The most delicious donuts

These are the most delicious donuts … that I ate!

Already 2 times did them – awesome! Soft, straight air, with a crisp crust! You can put any stuffing, I really liked it with a fig jam, and it will still be delicious with fresh raspberries, rubbed with sugar, with custard, like the author … Author's words (with my additions)

Dough:
Milk – 500 ml.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Oil cl. or margarine – 125g.
Sugar – 2 tbsp. + 1ch.l.
Salt – 1.5 tsp.
Dry yeast – 11 gr. (bag)
Warm water – 0.5 st.
Flour – so much so that the dough was not tight, but not sticky to the hands.
(From this number of products more than 40 donuts are obtained, I made half the norm)

Cooking: (I did this)
Mix milk with water, heat slightly.
Add all the sugar
…yeast
Stir and give the yeast "come to life" (15 minutes)
Here the yeast "came to life" is enough
Now add the egg
Butter (can be at room temperature, can be melted)
Salt
Vanillin (in the recipe it is not, but with him I like it more). All thoroughly whisk whisk.

Now add flour gradually and stir with a spoon

Put the dough on the table and knead, knead, pouring flour. The dough should be not very soft, but not clogged – medium. It took me about 400 grams of flour, as I recall, but I could be wrong … Cover the dough with a towel and leave to come for 1.5 hours, until it doubles.
If it doubles in an hour, then it’s enough and you can proceed to cooking donuts.

Come up the dough, roll it 1cm thick, cut medium-sized mugs (I made a glass and they turned out to be big, better than that kind of glasses …), and let stand until they doubled.

Heat the vegetable oil well (so much so that the donuts would float in the oil without touching the bottom) in a deep frying pan.
Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
Put ready donuts on napkins

While the next portion of donuts is being fried, simultaneously stuff the finished ones
When roasting, donuts have a white strip of dough that runs around the entire circumference. Make a cut on it with a sharp knife and put the stuffing

You can not fill, and just sprinkle with powdered sugar!
