Svetlana cake without baking

Ingredients for cake layers:

3 cups flour
1 can of condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vinegar (to extinguish soda with vinegar)

Ingredients for cream:

750 grams of milk
200 grams of butter
1.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
Vanillin – to taste

The recipe for making cake "Svetlana" without baking:

First we take all the ingredients for the dough and knead the elastic dough, divide it into 8 pieces. Then you need to roll each piece of dough across the diameter of the pan and "fry" in the pan for 1 minute on each side. Cut the cakes. Leaves crush and leave to sprinkle cake.
Now you need to cook the cream. Mix all the ingredients for the cream, except butter, and put on medium heat. Cook the cream with constant stirring until thick. Then remove from heat and add butter to hot cream. Mix thoroughly until oil is dissolved. Warm cream cakes with a warm cream and sprinkle with crushed crumb. Leave the cake to soak at room temperature for at least 1 hour, then refrigerate.
