I propose to prepare a simple, but very tasty snack from canned fish on tomatoes, although you can use croutons or plain bread instead of tomatoes. This is someone as you like. Perfect for both festive and ordinary dinner.
To make canned fish snacks, you will need:
1 can of any canned fish to taste (saury, sardine, tuna, pink salmon …);
1 small raw carrots;
1 sour apple;
1-2 tbsp. l finely chopped onions;
greens – to taste;
salt and pepper to taste;
mayonnaise or sour cream – to taste;
Grate carrots on a fine or medium grater.
Apple peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Fish separated from the bones, mash with a fork.
In a bowl add canned food, apple, carrot, onion, chopped greens, salt and pepper, season with sour cream or mayonnaise, mix.
Tomatoes (it is better to take medium-sized tomatoes, for example, varieties of “cream” or the like) are not very thinly cut into ringlets. Put on a dish.
