Cut the puff pastry into 2 cm wide strips. The strips should be paired. Spread the breast into small pieces of dough.
Cover with cheese
And another strip of dough. Edges we pinch
And gently wrap the puff spiral. We spread on a baking sheet on parchment.
Grease the dough with yolk from the top and send to a preheated oven (200 degrees). We bake until golden and pomp (min. 15)
