Noodle maker

1. Classic

Ingredients:
– lapsa – 500 g;
milk – 1 l;
eggs – 3 pcs .;
oil plums. – 50 g;
crackers – 2 tbsp. l .;
salt, seasonings.

Lightly cook the noodles in boiling water, and then cook in milk. Leave to cool, combine with eggs and melted butter. Form grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the future dish, top with a little more oil. Cook in the oven until golden brown. Reach, knife cut around the edges and put on a dish.

2. Egg

Such a “recipe for a husband,” who likes to eat seriously and nutritionally. One egg is not enough here.

Ingredients:
-vermishel – 2 tbsp .;
– powders – 200 ml;
-a dozen eggs;

Vermicelli (noodles or other pasta) boil until done, drain the liquid using a colander, return to the pan. At this stage, you can add sugar, if you want to make the dish sweet. Separately mix the eggs, cream, salt. Lubricate the form, lay out the noodles, pour the resulting mixture, lightly stirring with a fork to obtain a homogeneous mass. Cook in the oven for about half an hour at a normal temperature of 220 degrees.

3. Curd with dried fruits

This pastry is reminiscent of childhood and afternoon tea in the garden. Prepare such a casserole with cottage cheese and dried fruits – to make a tasty, healthy dish "from a pleasant past."

Ingredients:
– the yard – 500 g;
– lapsa – 300 g;
-sl. oil – 100 g;
-kuraga – 50 g;
-yuzum – 50 g;
– sugar – 150 g;
– sour cream – 4 tbsp. l .;
Eggs – 3 pcs .;
-bread crumbs – 2 tbsp. l .;
– vanillin (optional).

Raisins and dried apricots pour boiling water. Boil noodles or pasta, strain, wash. What to do with the curd? If desired, rub or add to the pasta as it is. Beat the eggs, add sugar, mix everything. Dried apricots and raisins, drain the liquid. Note – the latter is very useful, it can be given to children instead of water or compote. Finely chopped dried apricots and together with raisins add to the rest of the ingredients, mix. Spread the form, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the prepared mixture with cottage cheese into it, top with cream sour cream. Send to the oven, cook for 45 minutes.
In such a noodle with cottage cheese, you can add nuts and honey. A piquancy in the taste will give a small amount of quality alcohol, if you are not doing it for the children's table. 1-2 tbsp. l brandy or amaretto will be enough for interesting notes.

4. Meat

A convenient noodle dish – you can cook it with cottage cheese, make it sweet, or you can mix it with minced meat and you get a completely different taste and purpose.

Ingredients:
– lapsa – 450 g;
– stuffed platter – 550 g;
– butter oil – 100-120 g;
-p oil – 50 g;
– bow – 2 pcs .;
– slick – 1 tbsp .;
– garbage – 3 cloves;
– eggs – 2 pcs .;
– musk nut ground – 0.5 tsp;
Canned champignons – 120 g;
– broth or mushroom seasoning;
-salt pepper.

Boil noodles with butter. Cut garlic and onion. Fry half the onion with garlic, add the minced meat. Cook until the mince is dry and bloodless. Mix with egg, seasoning, salt. Add egg to the noodles. Add half of the noodles to the greased baking sheet, then the mince and again the noodles, mushrooms from the top. Send all this to the oven and bake to the ruddy top. In the meantime make the sauce. Fry the onion in margarine, add a mushroom seasoning or a little broth. Cream pour a thin stream. Stir and remove from the heat. Ready to cut into portions, pour the hot sauce.

5. With zucchini and mushrooms

This noodle can be cooked for lunch. The dish is completely independent and does not require a side dish.

Ingredients:
Lapsa – 500-600 g;
– tsukini (zucchini) – 250 g;
– tomatoes – 200 g;
– mushrooms – 300 g;
-Hook – 2 tbsp. l .;
-p oil – 50 g;
– garbage – 2 cloves;
– green onion – 100 g;
– broth cube or a little broth;
-salt pepper.

Boil noodles, drain, wash. Zucchini or zucchini chop into pieces of 1-1.5 cm. Mushrooms cut into plates. Chop onions. Tomatoes simply cut, it is desirable to remove the skin. You can use dried ones. Peel and squeeze garlic through a garlic pudding or grate. Put mushrooms in a preheated pan with butter, fry for 20 minutes until the juice evaporates. Add zucchini and tomatoes, continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes. Add onion at the end and wait another 5 min., salt and pepper. Next you need to prepare the sauce. Fry the flour in vegetable oil. Separately, boil water and dissolve the cube in it or heat the broth (400-500 ml of liquid). Attach the flour, spices to taste, stirring, turn it all into something like "Beshamel." Add garlic at the end. Add vegetable filling to the noodles. Oil the form, load the noodles with vegetables into it, pour over the sauce, level. Send to the oven for 25 minutes. until golden brown. Top can be sprinkled with cheese.
