Chinese New Year 2021

Mishutka cake

Dough:
1 can of condensed milk-350 gr.
300 gr. sour cream
1 tsp soda,
3 eggs,
2 tablespoons cocoa.
300 gr. flour.

1. Condensed milk + eggs, sour cream, beat well + soda and flour. Divide into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa to one.
2. Bake 2 cakes, cool. Carefully cut with a knife into 2 parts.

Cream:
200 gr. drain oils
1 can of condensed milk (var.)
a pinch of vanillin.
Beat well.

3. Soak the skin, grease with cream. Fold the cake, smear the edges with cream too.

Glaze:
2 tablespoons cocoa,
1 table.l. sour cream
Combine everything, bring to a boil, cool slightly.

4. Cake smeared with icing, sprinkle with crumbs (from cookies).
5.Postavit in hk, soak.
