White and pink marshmallow 500 g
Butter 200 g
Condensed milk 1 can
Baked Milk Cookies 400 g
Peeled walnuts 1-2 tbsp.
Chocolate 90 g
Milk 50 g
Mix condensed milk and softened butter. Beat the mass with a mixer.
Crumbly cookies "Baked Milk" grind in a blender to fine crumbs.
Also chop and walnuts. Combine chopped cookies and nuts with a whipped creamy mass.
Stir the whole mass well.
On a flat dish spread marshmallow halves at some distance from each other. This is necessary to fill the space with mass.
Spread a half of the sandy-creamy mass between the marshmallow and the top.
Put on top the remaining halves of marshmallow, but already white.
With the remaining mass, coat the top of the marshmallow completely, giving the cake a finished look. To do this, use a silicone spatula to smooth the entire surface.
Combine chocolate with milk, put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes or melt in a water bath. It should make a thick icing.
Spread a thick layer of icing on the top of the cake.
Sprinkle with crumb biscuits or chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to freeze the cream in the cream.
