Manti

Ingredients:
For the test:
Flour – 2 1/2 glasses
Egg – 1 pc
Salt – 1 tsp
water – 1 cup (warm)
For filling:
Beef – 2 kg
Onions – 4 pcs
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Potato – 1 pc
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients for the dough. Make a recess in the middle and pour warm water, add 1 egg. Knead for 5-6 minutes. Cover the dough with foil and let stand for 10-20 minutes.
Cut the meat into small pieces. You can also use a meat grinder to make minced meat.
Chop onions. Add spices.
Add butter and mix onions well with meat. The filling is ready. You can add chopped potatoes, but this is not a necessary step.
Roll out the dough. Dust with flour to avoid sticking. Fold into a long wide strip. Cut into squares.
Place the stuffing on the rectangles of dough.
Seal in corners from four sides.
Bring the water in a double boiler to a boil. Place the manty in a double boiler. You can cook on the steam bath. Cook for 45 minutes. Season with black pepper and sour cream.
