It is necessary: for 0.5 l of kefir:
1.5 tbsp. Sahara;
1 3 tsp salts;
0.5 tsp soda;
350 grams of flour.
Pour kefir in a bowl, add egg, sugar and salt. (Kefir is better than room temperature), mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Then pour the flour with soda (soda should be added exactly with flour), stir the dough. It is thick enough, but do not be afraid – misses. Mix the dough immediately well, because. more will not stir. Now you can forget about it for 10-15 minutes (if kefir is out of the refrigerator, then it is better to “forget” for 20-30 minutes). Then heat the pan, pour the butter. Then gently “spread” the dough in portions. Slowly fry on both sides. Enjoy your meal!!!
