Lavash Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:

● Lavash – 1 pc.
● Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
● Eggs – 2 pcs.
● Butter – 2 tablespoons.
● Garlic clove – 2 pcs.
● Dill – 5 gr.

Cooking:

Cut the processed cheese into thin strips, whip the eggs well. Garlic must be chopped, and dill finely chopped. Lavash cut into strips (length 8-10cm, width 10-12 cm). Then we take a strip of pita bread, put two strips of cheese along it, a little garlic, sprinkle with greens on top and gently fold the strip into a roll. The resulting sticks are dipped in an egg and fried in butter on both sides until they become roasted golden brown.
Serve with greens and sour cream.
