Large red potatoes – 4 pcs.
Olive oil – optional
Rosemary sprigs – 3 pcs.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt – to taste
1. Place the potato slices in lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes.
2. Remove and drain the water. Put the potatoes in a colander and let drain. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
3. Pour the olive oil and scatter the leaves of rosemary on a baking sheet and put the potatoes. Mix well. Salt and mix again. Add garlic cloves.
4. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until crisp.
