Hepatic mini cakes
Ingredients:
Chicken liver (or any other) – 500 g
Milk – 0.5 stack.
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Wheat flour – 100 g
Baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (in the dough) – 2 tbsp. l
Filling:
Onions – 2 pcs.
Carrots – 1-2 pieces.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Mayonnaise – 200 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Hard cheese – 200 g
Cooking:
1. Prepare the dough: chop the liver in a combine, add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan on 2 sides for several minutes. Fried fritters to postpone.
2. Prepare the sauce: mix chopped garlic, ground black pepper and mayonnaise.
3. Cheese grate.
4. Onion cut into small cubes, grate carrots and fry together for 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, then add 2 tbsp. l water and put out 5 minutes, salt and pepper.
5. Spread the liver pancakes with mayonnaise, put onions and carrots on top and sprinkle with cheese, put them in a pile and bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
Cool the mini-cakes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
