Let's cook potatoes baked in the oven and not just in the oven, but in a bag with the sauce. It turns out very tasty potatoes and tastes unusual.
Please note that this potato is made in a special package. These oven bags are sold in supermarkets, they do not melt at high temperatures.
1 kg of potatoes (medium)
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
greens (dill, parsley …)

Clean, rinse, dry, and place in a large bowl. If the potatoes are large, cut them into pieces. Be sure to pick it up with a toothpick in several places.
Garlic clean and skip through the garlic.
Greens washed, dried and finely cut.
To prepare the sauce in a separate container, mix vegetable oil, garlic, greens, seasoning for potatoes, salt to taste and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and mix everything well.
Put the potatoes in a baking bag, pinch them or tie them up. To prevent the package from bursting, we make several punctures with a needle in it.
A bag of potatoes is placed on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
Bake potatoes for about one hour. Approximately, because the size of the potatoes is different for everyone.
To check if the potatoes are ready, poke it with a fork or a knife straight through the bag. If ready, turn off the oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Then we take the baked potato out of the bag and drop it with any meat, fish or poultry, vegetables or salad.
