Delicious, soft, fragrant, soft orange cookies

Ingredients for the dough:
Flour somewhere 300 gr.
1 egg
50 g butter
3 table. spoons of sour cream
0.5 cha. spoons of salt
0.5 cha. spoons of soda
80 g sugar

For filling:

1 medium orange
160 g sugar
1 table spoon of starch

For lubrication:
Egg 1 pc
Milk 2 tbsp

Cooking:
Cooking dough:

Grind butter with sugar, add egg, sour cream, flour, soda and salt.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or bag, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, we make the filling: wash the orange cut into slices, remove all the seeds (so as not to taste bitter), place in a blender and crush, add sugar and starch.
Stuffing for delicious orange cookies is ready!

We take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out into the reservoir, spread the filling on it evenly. Fold into a roll. Cover this roll with foil and put in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180-200 degrees.
Then we take it out of the refrigerator, cut it 3 cm thick across, put the pieces on a baking sheet, greased or covered with parchment. Send to the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes.
Sometimes we look at the cookies, orient yourself to your oven in time so as not to burn. For 5 minutes until cooked, egg, milk, beat. We grease the cookies with egg mixture and put them in the oven until the end.
