Delicate, soft and crunchy at the same time. Fine breakfast with a cup of aromatic coffee, tea or milk
You will need:
350 gr cottage cheese
1 (with a slide) Art. l sour cream
2 tbsp. l Sahara
a pinch of salt
0.5 tsp (baking soda with baking powder)
Flour for dough on the eye
powdered sugar powder
How to cook:
1. Curd grind. Add egg, sour cream, sugar, salt, soda, flour and mix everything thoroughly.
2. Flour can go and much more, it all depends on the cottage cheese. Knead the tender dough.
3. Rinse the surface with flour. From the resulting curd mass roll thin strands.
4. Cut the bar-tubes of any length you like. Fry the rolls in butter on all 4 sides until golden brown. Sprinkle the ready-made straws with sugar powder.
