The brushwood is obtained simply incomparable – gentle, light, airy, crisp.
We will need:
Eggs – 2 Pieces
Sugar – 4 Art. spoons
Milk – 100 Grams
Butter – 2 Art. spoons
Flour – 400 Grams
Vegetable oil – 1 Glass
Mix the flour with the eggs.
Melt the butter and dissolve the sugar in it.
Add the mixture to the flour, then pour in the milk.
Knead the dough.
Put the dough ball in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then roll out very thinly, in 2 mm.
Use the knife to cut the dough into rectangles, make cuts in the center and pull one end through the hole.
In a deep frying pan or pan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the brushwood for 10-15 seconds on each side until the color is rosy. Important: do not overheat the oil, and the brushwood will burn.
Ready tasty brushwood, melting in your mouth, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
