Soft and fluffy, literally melting in your mouth.

You will need:
500g cottage cheese
sugar to taste
180g coconut shavings
about 40 hazelnut nuts
How to cook:
1. Combine the sugar with the curd and grind it thoroughly until smooth.
2. To the curd with sugar add most of the coconut chips. Mix well.
3. From the resulting mass to form balls the size of a walnut, put hazelnuts inside the ball.
4. Roll the cottage cheese balls in coconut chips set aside beforehand, fold into a plate and put in the refrigerator for about an hour.
