Ingredients for 10-12 pcs:
250 g pasty curd (I have an ordinary 9% slightly softened with milk)
3 tbsp. Sahara
a pinch of salt
1 p. Vanilla sugar (10 g)
1 p. Baking powder (15 grams can be less)
250 gr flour
1-2 tablespoons milk for lubrication
Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt stir a whisk until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder and knead soft, sticky dough.
Cover baking sheet with baking paper and brush with sunflower oil. Wet hands to form the buns, put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190C for about 12 minutes. Then get buns, brush with milk (brush), who wants, you can sprinkle a little sugar and again in the oven for 3-5 minutes, before browning.
