10 pcs mozzarella sticks
¾ cup wheat flour
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 tsp black pepper
Cup of cream
4-6 tbsp. hot sauce
Cooking oil for frying
Freeze the sticks for about 2 hours in the freezer.
Mix flour, red pepper, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl large enough.
Cream, hot sauce and eggs in another bowl of the same size, beat a little. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Pull the sticks out of the freezer, roll in flour mixture.
Immerse the sticks in the egg mixture, then letting drain well, then back into the flour mixture, and then straight into the pan.
Cook sticks for 1-2 minutes each, turning during cooking to make them golden brown on all sides.
Remove from the pan, put on a paper towel and serve immediately.
