– packing crab sticks (200 g)
– 5 potatoes
– 4 carrots
– 5 eggs
1. Boil the potatoes and carrots in a uniform, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
2. In eggs, separate the white from the yolk and finely rub the white.
3. Crab sticks finely chop.
Now lay out the layers of lettuce, smearing each layer with mayonnaise, in the following sequence:
1st layer – half potatoes
2nd layer – crab sticks
3rd layer – grated egg whites
4th layer – the remaining potatoes
5th layer – carrots with mayonnaise
Grate the remaining yolk as well. It can be used to decorate the salad.
