– 500 g of gingerbread
– 500 g sour cream
– 2 bananas
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 1 cup of shelled nuts
Mix powder with sour cream. Gingerbread cut with a thickness of 3-4 millimeters, and bananas – 1-2 millimeters. Fry in a frying pan and chop nuts with a knife.
We find a bowl of the appropriate size. We line it from the inside with cling film. Spread gingerbreads and bananas moistened in sour cream on layers with a nut crumb.
If you like the cake better, then you should take a little more sour cream.
You ram your hand and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, turn over to a tray (dish), remove the cling film and that's it – our cake is ready. Decorate, eat and enjoy.
