Chocolate Cupcake with Red Wine

Butter (softened) – 250 g
Sugar – 200 g
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Flour – 190 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Baking Powder – 3 tsp.
Cocoa – 1 tbsp. l with slide
Red wine (dry) – 125 ml
Chocolate (melted) – 50 g

For the glaze:

Chocolate – 80 g
Butter – 50 g


1. Beat butter with sugar until light mass is obtained. Add eggs one by one.
2. Mix flour with salt, baking powder, cocoa. Add to the oil mixture. Pour wine and chocolate. Mix.
3. Grease the form with butter and lay out the dough. Bake in the oven preheated to 175ºC for about 1 hour. Allow the cupcake to cool and remove from the mold.
4. Frosting: melt chocolate with butter in a water bath.
5. Grease cupcake chocolate icing.
