Chicken fillet with mushrooms baked in yogurt

Total per 100 grams – 82.76 kcal: 🔸 Proteins- 13.11 Fats – 2.17 "Carbohydrates – 2.19"

Chicken fillet – 500 g
Champignons – 250 g
Natural yoghurt – 1 table
Onion – 1 pc
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper – to taste

Mushrooms and onions cut into plates, fry in a little oil in a frying pan. Make shallow cuts on the filet to make it quicker, put half of the mushrooms in the baking dish, put the breast on top, and the remaining mushrooms on top.
Top with a couple of tablespoons of water from under the mushrooms, yogurt and put baked at (approximately) 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
