● Chicken Breast – 600 gr
● Cauliflower – 300 gr (half a small fork)
● Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
● Hard cheese – 70-80 gr
● Egg – 2 pcs.
● Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
● Flour – 2 tablespoons
● Green onions – a small bunch,
● parsley,
● salt and pepper – to taste

Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, Bulgarian pepper, too, cut into small pieces. Dissect the colored cabbage into florets and boil in salted water for 5 minutes, drain the water, cut the cabbage into small cubes. Add chopped greens. Cheese, grate, add eggs, sour cream, flour, salt and ground pepper

Mix the stuffing well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Get the stuffing out of the fridge. Moisten hands in cold water and form medium patties. Fry them in vegetable oil on both sides on low heat until golden brown. Put the ready cutlets into a saucepan, close the lid and let them stand for 5 minutes. Serve with any side dish or vegetable salad.
