Chicken and Potato Pie

The perfect combination! The dough is amazingly gentle, but at the same time crunchy, filling … the stuffing is simply not described in words. So it is delicious! Thus, now I can confidently assert that savory pies are no worse than sweet ones.
Ingredients:

On the form of 20-23 cm:

Dough:
● Flour – 250 g
● Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
● Butter – 90 g
● Eggs – 1 pc.
● Salt – 0.5 tsp.

Filling:
● Potatoes (large) – 3 pcs.
● Chicken – 300 g
● Onions – 1 pc.
● Salt – pinch

Fill:
● Eggs – 2 pcs.
● Sour cream – 50 g
● Milk – 50 ml
● Salt – pinch
● Red pepper (ground) – pinch
● Nutmeg – 0.25 tsp.
● Greens – 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

1) For dough, chop the flour with chilled (but not very hard) butter.

2) Make a well in the flour. Add egg, sour cream, salt to it. Knead the elastic dough.

3) Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4) Boil peeled potatoes and meat for the filling.

5) Cut the potatoes into cubes and the meat into small pieces.

6) Peel the onions, finely chop and fry in a drop of vegetable oil until golden brown.

7) Mix salt, potatoes, meat, onions.

8) To fill, whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and greens.

9) Grease the form with butter, cover with parchment paper. Distribute the dough in it, making high bumpers.

10) Put on the dough filling. Add top fill.

11) Oven in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. Dough readiness is determined by a wooden skewer.
