Flour – 250 g
Egg – 1 pc
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Butter – 150 g
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Baking powder dough – 0.5 tsp.
Egg yolk (for lubrication) – 1 pc
Sesame (for sprinkling)
Hard cheese – 150 g
Garlic – 1 tooth.
Step by Step Cooking Instructions
Beat the egg with sugar and salt, add the cottage cheese, softened butter and flour mixed with baking powder. Knead soft dough, slightly sticky to hands.
Divide the dough into two parts – one part should be slightly larger than the other.
First, roll out a smaller part of the dough into a cake with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. This is our foundation. We transfer it to a baking sheet, greased or covered with parchment.
Put grated cheese on the base and sprinkle with garlic, passed through a press.
Then roll out the second part of the dough (the one that is bigger) and cover it with the base with the cheese. Fold the edges under the bottom.
Lubricate the cake with yolk and sprinkle with sesame.
