Cake "Anthill" classic

Very simple and tasty. We have been preparing this cake for 21 years. Anthill – my favorite cake, after only Napoleon 🙂

Flour – 3.5 stak.
Sugar – 0.5 stack.
Sour cream – 200 g
Margarine (or butter) – 200 g
Salt (pinch)
Soda – 0.5 tsp.
Condensed milk (boiled) – 1 ban.
Butter – 200 g

Sift flour.

Add margarine, sugar, sour cream to flour and mix everything (salt and soda, I usually do not put, but if you want – it's time to do it). Knead the dough (I do it by hand).

Skip the dough through a meat grinder.

And put it on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C until golden brown. If your oven is unimportant, then as you prepare the cookies, you need to get them so that they do not burn.

While the dough is baked, prepare the cream: put the butter in a bowl, open the boiled condensed milk (boil it for 1.5 hours).

Beat butter with condensed milk until smooth.

Cookies are ready. (Some stop at this stage – cookies are very good. Tea is delicious).

We shift all the cookies in a bowl and grind tolkushkoy.

There will be not only grains, but crumbs, do not worry, they only contribute to the bonding of the cake in consequence. Do not push everything into dust, there must be pieces !!!

Pour the cream into crumbs.

All thoroughly mixed.

We take a large smooth plate and lay out the cake slides.

We remove the cake in the fridge min for 3 hours so that the cake “grabs”. Better at night. After we get and eat.
