Buckwheat pancakes

Ingredients:
Boiled buckwheat – 1 glass
Milk – 100 ml
Egg – 1 pc
Flour – 4 tbsp.
salt – pinch
Vegetable oil – for frying
Parsley – for decoration

The recipe for buckwheat pancakes:
First, to boiled buckwheat you need to add an egg, warm milk and beat. Then add salt and gradually add flour. Mix well until smooth, to avoid lumps. The dough should turn out like a thick sour cream, if you need to add more flour.

On a preheated pan, pour a little vegetable oil and spoon the dough. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Put ready-made pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve pancakes with sour cream, garnished with a sprig of parsley.
