Barley porridge, but not simple

Take:

Pearl barley = 1 cup.
Butter = 50 g
Mushroom mushrooms = 300 g
Carrots = 1 pc.
Bow = 1 pc.
Paprika = 1 tsp
Bay leaf = 2 pcs.
Salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking:

Soak the barley in water for 4 hours, salt it, fill it with clean water and boil it in salted water until almost ready. Add the butter and paprika.

Mushrooms cut plates and fry in vegetable oil.

We will cut onion in half rings, we will rub carrots on a large grater.

Pour some water into the vegetables, salt and pepper, add the bay leaf. Put some vegetables in the pot or cauldron, then the barley, mushrooms and vegetables again upstairs.

Put in a preheated oven for half an hour.
