Baked meat with cinnamon and seasonings


pork – from 800 g to 1 kg
1 small head of garlic
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons hops-suneli
salt, a pinch of red ground hot pepper
3 tablespoons mustard seeds


Meat stuffed with garlic cloves and rub with seasoning. Add a little water to fluff all sides. Refrigerate for three hours. Wrap in foil and bake. 10 minutes before the end of the readiness to open the foil to brown the meat. Check with a knife – the meat should not be completely dry. If a small amount of liquid is released, but the meat is soft, then the dish is ready!
