For the preparation we need:
* 100 grams of grated cheese
* 700-800 grams of potatoes
* bunch of greens
For the dough:
* a glass of kefir
We put boiled peeled potatoes to cook crumpled potatoes for the filling.
Fry chopped onion until golden brown, put it in potatoes. Add greens and grated cheese, herbs to taste and mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.
Knead the unleavened dough from flour, 2 eggs and a cup of kefir. Add salt to taste.
Knead the dough, cut it into circles, roll each circle with a rolling pin.
Put the stuffing, sculpt the pie, we will sew the edges, and then we press down the pie on both sides so that it turns out a flat cake.
Finished flat cakes are fried in a griddle on both sides until crispy.
