Ingredients for the dough:
● kefir 1st.,
● raw egg 1 pc.,
● flour 1 tbsp.,
● ½ tsp. Soda
● canned fish 1 b., It is possible for VKUS and ANY.
● boiled eggs 2 pcs.,
● any greens, cheese 50 g.
We start with the preparation of the dough.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased form.
Separate the fish from the oil and knead with a fork.
Add finely chopped eggs and herbs.
We rub cheese on a small grater.
We put the stuffing in the form, trying to leave a loose thin strip of dough at the side.
We put the form in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
We take out an almost finished cake and sprinkle it with cheese, then send it back to the oven for 5 minutes.
The cake is ready.
It is delicious both warm and cold.
