Cookies certainly justifies its name! This is indescribably tasty, very, very crumbly, melting in the mouth, a delicacy will appeal to both adults and children! After the tea party from the cookies will not remain and crumbs! I took the recipe from a cookbook. And yet, the main feature – baking powder and eggs do not go into the dough!
Glass = 250ml
Butter – 180g
Icing sugar – 1/3 cup (80g)
Vanilla – on the tip of the tsp.
Corn starch – 1/3 glass (60g)
Flour – 1/2 cup (75g)
Thick jam or jam for decoration
Mix softened butter with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Then add the sifted flour with starch – knead the dough – soft and very plastic. Cookies can be deposited using a pastry bag or roll the dough into a sausage, cut into small pieces, roll up balls, put on a baking sheet, covered with parchment and flatten. Middle of each mug knead, put a drop of jam. The pattern I made with the help of a toothed nozzle for pastry bag. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes until slightly golden. Cooked cookies completely cool and serve. Enjoy your tea and pleasant moments!
