SAND BISCUIT WITH JAM

Ingredients:
● Flour – 400 g
● Butter or margarine – 200 g
● Sugar – 250 g
● Eggs – 3 pcs.
● Cinnamon – 25 g.
Filling:
● Thick jam – 150 g
● Icing sugar – 50 g.
● Nuts – 150 g.
Cooking:
Sift the flour through a sieve, whisk the egg yolks. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour the beaten yolks, add granulated sugar, softened butter or margarine, add a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and add ground cinnamon to the mixture. Quickly knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then take the dough out of the fridge and cut it into small flat cakes. Make a dimple in each one, you can make a small glass with the bottom, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put thick jam on the billet of the biscuit. Bake in an oven heated to 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Cookies should cool on a baking sheet, otherwise it will break. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
