This salad is light, fresh, without mayonnaise. Ideal for fried dishes.
You will need:
1 Beijing cabbage (can be replaced with ordinary)
1 small carrot
1 can of corn (340 g)
1/2 bunch of dill
1-2 cloves of garlic
lemon or vinegar (balsamic or apple)
How to cook:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and crush it with salt to make juice, carrot – three grated, decant the juice from the corn, chop the dill.
2. Prepare salad dressing: press garlic into olive oil, add a little lemon juice (or vinegar).
3. It remains to mix.
