Peel 1 kg of carrots, grate on a coarse grater or on a combine. Pour some vegetable oil on the pan and put carrots. Cook (stirring) over high heat for 5 minutes, then close the lid, make the fire below the average and bring the carrots to full readiness. Leave to cool. 2 medium onion finely chopped and pour hot marinade. Marinade – pour 250 ml of water into the pan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 tablespoons of salt. Boil, pour 50 ml. 9% vinegar. As the marinade cools, the onion is ready. Ham cut into strips. It is recommended to combine the ingredients and season the salad immediately before serving.
