Surely, many of you, of course, are familiar with this recipe, and for you I will not open America. Well, for those who have not tried this dish, I suggest to get acquainted with this delicate, gastronomic miracle.
Crab sticks – 200 gr.
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
Apple green – 1-2 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Butter – 80 gr.
Processed cheese – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise for refueling.
So. First of all, I put processed cheese and butter in the freezer. Since in frozen form it will be easier to grate them. Eggs boiled hard boiled and separated yolks from proteins.
In a salad bowl, rubbed squirrels on a coarse grater and made a mesh out of mayonnaise.
Next, I cut onion into small cubes and laid it on top of the proteins (onions can be washed with boiling water). On top of onions, I rubbed butter.
The next layer, as well as grated cheese went. It is covered with mayonnaise on top. I chopped the crab sticks. Laid over the melted cheese and also smeared with mayonnaise.
I took off the peel of apples and rubbed them on a coarse grater. Distributed them over the surface and applied mayonnaise mesh. I rubbed egg yolks on a fine grater and sprinkled the salad on them with the final layer.
If desired, you can decorate the salad by depicting Lily of the valley flowers on the surface with green onions and egg whites. But in general it is not necessary to do this, it does not affect the taste.))
