– 0.5 kg of boiled meat (chicken, beef or lean pork)
– 0.5 kg raw potatoes
– 2-3 cucumbers
– 2 onions
– 5 eggs
– 100 g of hard cheese
– 200-250 g of mayonnaise
– bunch of dill
– cooking oil for frying
Boiled meat (I have lean pork) cut into thin strips.
Onion cut into half rings and fill with boiling water for 10 minutes to leave bitterness.
We clean the potatoes, grate them for the Korean carrot and wash them well in water to make the starch go away.
Personal experience: to save time, I decided to grate potatoes on a coarse grater, after which I fried it. The potatoes turned out sticky. It is necessary to use only a grater for the Korean carrot! ;;
Fry potatoes in 2-3 portions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Cucumbers cut into thin strips.
Eggs boil and separate the yolks from the protein. Protein rub on a coarse grater, and leave the yolks to form eggs, which will be placed in the nest.
Mix the meat, onion, protein, cucumbers, fried potatoes, part of which is left to decorate the nest, with mayonnaise, salt a little. Part of the mayonnaise is left for the formation of wood grouse eggs.
Put the salad mixture on a plate in the shape of a nest (with a hollow inside).
Making the mass for the formation of eggs. To do this, rub hard cheese and yolk on a fine grater, finely chop the dill and mix everything with mayonnaise.
It turns out plastic mass, which can be salted to taste.
Tip: those who love spicy cheese, can add a few cloves of garlic to the cheese-egg mass.
Decorate the nest on the sides with french fries, on the edges we enclose the branches of dill. Inside the nest we have several eggs that roll out of the cheese-egg mass.
Here is the salad! Enjoy your meal!
