Royal Apple Pie

Very tasty, try it yourself!

Amazingly delicious cake on sand dough with delicate apple-cream filling and crispy topping. Truly – royal!

You will need:

dough:
● Draining oil 85 gr.
● egg 1 pc.
● sour cream 1 tbsp.
● flour 1.5 stack.
● sugar 1/4 stack.
● baking powder 3 tsp.
● salt pinch

filling:
● apples 700 gr.
● drain. butter 1 tbsp with slide
● sugar 200 gr.
● cinnamon to taste

fill:
● egg 2 pcs.
● sour cream 180 gr.
● sugar 100 gr.
● flour 2 tbsp.
● vanilla to taste

topping:
● Draining oil 110 gr.
● sugar 1/2 stack.
● flour 1+ 1/4 cup
● baking powder 3 tsp.

How to cook:

1. Dough. Melt butter, add egg, sour cream, sugar, salt. Mix and add flour with baking powder. Knead dough.

2. Stuffing. Cut apples into thin slices, add sugar, butter and stew for about 7-10 minutes. At the end of quenching add cinnamon.

3. Fill. Shake eggs, add sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla. Stir.

4. Sprinkle. Drain soft butter mix hands with sugar, flour, baking powder. To get a baby.

5. Put the dough into a detachable form, make the bottom and sides. Put the stuffing, pour it, sprinkle with crumbs on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. If the top quickly turns red, cover the top with foil.
