Rassolnik "Fingers lick"


300g beef
3 potato tuber
150 gr pearl barley
1 carrot
1 onion
2 pickled cucumbers
1 bunch of greens
cooking oil for frying
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream


1. Peel potatoes, carrots, onions, wash and cut into small cubes. Peel pickled pickles and chop.
2. Pearl barley sort, wash, boil until half ready. Boil beef broth, add potatoes, bring to a boil, put barley, cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
3. Fry carrots, onions and chopped greens in vegetable oil, put them in pickle.
4. 5 minutes before the end of cooking put pickles, add salt and pepper. Before serving, pickle pickles with sour cream and garnish with a sprig of greens.
