– Low fat cottage cheese 1 pack
– Egg 1 pc.
– Greens, salt, pepper to taste
– Garlic and spices optional (can be without)
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put this mixture on a flat plate in small teaspoons with a teaspoon. Put the plate in a 850 microwave oven for three minutes.
