"Potatoes in a uniform jacket" 💙

– 8 large potatoes
– 200 grams of ham
– 150 grams of hard cheese
– a glass of sour cream of any fat content
– half onion
– half a bunch of dill
– half a bunch of parsley
– salt
– ground pepper to taste

1. Potato well wash and boil in uniform, cool and clean.
2. Next, cut each potato in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pulp with a spoon from the middle.
3. Ham and onion finely chopped, cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, finely chopped greens and mixed with the flesh of potatoes taken out earlier.
4. All this is mixed, refilled with sour cream, to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Then in each "boat" of potatoes impose this mass.
6. We put the boats in the oven at 220-250 degrees and bake for about half an hour.
7. These "boats" of potatoes in their uniforms are served both hot and cold.
