Water – 1 cup
Butter or margarine – 100 g
Flour – 1 cup
Eggs – 4-5 pcs.
Chocolate margarine – 1 pc.
Cocoa – to taste
Condensed milk – 1 can
1. Bring oil and water to the boil in a saucepan.
Gradually add flour, adding a little and constantly stirring. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
2. Beat the eggs one at a time, mixing the dough thoroughly each time (using a mixer, you can use muscle strength).
3. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spread balls with a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet (or strips with a pastry syringe – then there will be eclairs). Placing a baking sheet in the oven, in any case, do not disturb the custard cakes, to give them the opportunity to rise! Bake until golden brown.
4. Filled cakes filled with cream.
