Chicken fillet – 400 gr.
Potatoes – 250 gr.
Forest mushrooms (you can any other0 – 250 gr.
Cheese – 60 gr.
Sour cream – 40 gr.
Onions – a pair of medium bulbs
Garlic – a couple of cloves
flour – 80 gr.
Water – 150 ml.
Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water and place on paper napkins. As soon as the meat dries, cut it into small pieces.
To the flour, add salt, spices, pepper, mix and roll meat, fry on all sides in butter.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms into slices. First, fry the onion, then add to the mushrooms and fry again everything.
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes and put on the bottom of the pots.
Cheese will be grated, add sour cream, spices, squeezed garlic, water and chopped greens to it and mix well.
Put potatoes in the pots on top of the potatoes, after the mushrooms and fill with cooked sauce.
Place the pots in a preheated oven. At 230 degrees our dish will be ready in about 40 minutes.
Serve our dish on the table right in the pots, placing plates under them.
