Potato zrazy can be cooked with different fillings with mushrooms or meat


-8-10 potato
-2 eggs
-2st. Coasters flour or bread crumbs
-1 PC. onion bulb
-3-4 spoons of margarine
-100g sour cream
salt pepper to taste
For filling:
-3 eggs (boiled steep)
– a field of a bunch of young green onions
-2-3st. spoons of vegetable oil


Wash potatoes, peel and cook. Drain broth, dry the potatoes and rub through a sieve, as in mashed potatoes. Prepare the stuffing – peel and boil the eggs, peel and chop the green onions, dry and finely chop the eggs, add the butter, salt and pepper, mix everything well. In the slightly chilled mashed potatoes, add the eggs, fried onions, mix well and divide into balls. Then we make a pellet of balls, spread the stuffing in the middle and form potato zrazy (as if you made a pie) To finish zrazy bread in flour or in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. When serving, pour sour cream
